Modello offers a variety of digital products, including but not limited to website templates, UI kits, design systems, e-books, guides, and digital tools. All products are digital in nature and are delivered electronically.

We strive to provide high-quality products that are built with best practices in mind. Our products are thoroughly tested and designed to meet industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee that our products will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

We offer preview options for many of our products to help you make informed purchasing decisions. These previews are representative of the final product but may not include all features or functionality.

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Payments and Billing

We use LemonSqueezy as our payment processor. When you make a purchase, your payment information is collected and processed by LemonSqueezy.

All prices are listed in euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if there is an obvious issue with a product that prevents it from functioning as described, we may, at our discretion, offer to fix the issue or provide a refund. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modello shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Modello and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms.
