Digital Products
At Modello, we take pride in offering high-quality digital products that are built with best practices and thoroughly tested before release. We provide detailed descriptions and, when possible, preview options to help you make informed purchasing decisions.
Due to the digital nature of our products and the inability to "return" digital goods once they have been delivered, we generally do not offer refunds on purchases. When you purchase a digital product from Modello, you are receiving immediate access to digital content that cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions
We understand that issues may occasionally arise. If you encounter a significant problem with a product that prevents it from functioning as described in the product description, we may, at our discretion, offer one of the following remedies:
- Technical Support: We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure the product functions as described.
- Product Replacement: If the issue cannot be resolved through technical support, we may offer a replacement product of equal value.
- Refund: In cases where the product has a significant defect that cannot be resolved and no suitable replacement is available, we may issue a refund.
Refund Request Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the exceptions outlined above, please follow these steps:
- Contact us through our contact page within 30 days of your purchase.
- Include your order number, the name of the product, and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
- Provide any relevant information or documentation that may help us understand and reproduce the issue, such as screenshots, error messages, or system specifications.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. We may request additional information or attempt to troubleshoot the issue before making a determination regarding your refund request.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Please note that refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You have changed your mind about the purchase or no longer need the product.
- You purchased the wrong product and wish to exchange it for a different one.
- You lack the technical knowledge or skills to use the product effectively.
- The product does not meet your specific requirements or expectations, despite functioning as described.
- You have violated the terms of the MIT License (e.g., removing copyright notices).
- More than 30 days have passed since the purchase was made.
